Avrahami who runs a restaurant that specializes in hummus. Though it's traditionally an Arab rather than an Israeli dish, Ze'ev calls himself a "hummusologue" - an expert on the chickpea dip. He wants his restaurant to serve as a meeting place for people from Germany and the entire Middle East.
